2. Include any size, colour preferences, examples, or additional specifications and I will do my best to accommodate them.

3. You will be promptly provided with a personalised quote for your custom design.

4. If you agree to the price quoted, I will send you a custom Etsy link for your item which needs to be copied and pasted into your browser as this helps reduce seller fees meaning I can offer even better prices. Etsy call it the share and save scheme

5. Your order will then be printed and sent as soon as it s ready via royal mail on a tracked delivery.
